Dr.D.K. Hari and Dr.D.K. Hema Hari, husband-wife duo are founders of Bharath Gyan which raises awareness about the knowledge, practices and global connects of the Indian Civilization over millennia, from an Indic Perspective.They started Bharath Gyan after a stint of 20 years in Management and IT and extensive global travel to explore other cultures. Bharath Gyan’s Indic narrative showcases the Scientific and Industrial aspects of the Bharatiya civilization and highlights the contributions made by the Indian civilization to the world across millennia, in the realm of Matter and Mind and how they have been Game Changers for shaping the world to what it is today.Dr. Suresh Hanagavadi
Founder and President of Karnataka Hemophilia Society
Dr. Suresh Hanagavadi is a Pathology Professor at JJM Medical College at Davangere. Having suffered through Haemophilia since childhood, Dr. Suresh has dedicated his life to ensure the well-being of those who suffer with this inherited bleeding disorder. Seeing a loved one die due to the lack of treatment, he pushed himself to get through medical school and since then he has left no stone unturned in his battle against Haemophilia. Dr. Suresh assures that though Haemophilia is a life-long genetic disorder, physical disability can be prevented with the proper, timely treatment. A great grandson of Shri. Bhartharathanna M Vishveshweraya, has an MA in music, Kannada, and Sanskrit. Moreover, he has been awarded a doctorate from the prestigious international institution The Virtual University. He is a disciple of PadmaShree Mahamahopadhyaya Dr. R.Sathyanarayana, Mysuru. He has held the cultural banner of India high by performing abroad, sponsored by the Ministry of Culture. In addition, he has also been recognised as an ‘A’ grade artiste by Information and Broadcasting Ministry, New Delhi. Sangit Natak Academy, New Delhi has awarded him the prestigious Junior Research Fellowship. Shri. Ashwath Harithas has also received senior fellowship from the Ministry of Culture and the most prestigious UNESCO fellowship. He has also been nominated as an expert committee member, the Chairperson to Festivals of India, a member to Central Advisory Board for Culture, and a panel board member for Indian Council for Cultural Relations government of India, New Delhi.Shri. Dr (Hc) Arvind Mallik is a global visionary who has introduced India’s 1st Virtual Reality in academics. For the timely introduction of EdTech and Teaching Innovation in Management Subjects, he has won 6 World Records, 16 National Level Awards, and 5 Global Awards. Being a trans-woman, Smt. Akkai Padmashali has shown her tenacity and resilience during her tempestuous journey from a sex worker to the recipient of the Karnataka Rajyostava award. She founded the organization named ‘Ondede’, a human rights organization to advocate the rights of children, women, and sexual minorities. She was the only Indian who was invited by the International Bar Association to address at the international conference in Tokyo. She has received Business Line Change maker Award 2019 and has also been conferred an honorary doctorate by the Indian Virtual University for Peace and Education, Switzerland.Smt. Anushree Dash

Smt. Anushree Dash is the founder of NGO -ADiBha where she promotes the rich textile heritage and craftsmanship of weavers. She is widely known as the “Pad Woman” of Odisha for her work in menstrual health and hygiene space. Smt. Anushree is a human rights activist and gender equality advocate working towards women empowerment, sex education and gender equality. Being a writer, blogger and a poetess, she communicates with larger audience in several platforms which include books, newspaper columns, blogs and articles to name a few. Sri Yugadharma Ramanna was born on 10th June 1938 in Siddanamata, Chanagiri Taluk, Davangere district. He worked as a maid, coolie, and postman during his adulthood and in 1972 he had an unusual experience. He fell unconscious under a Peepal tree and after he woke up he began composing from then on. He never stopped till the completion of his 6 books. He has organised 13,621 programmes and is 85 years now. Sri. Abhijith Shamanur is a young and vibrant industrialist who has graduated with a BA in Industrial Engineering at Northeastern University, the United States and obtained an MA in Technology Entrepreneurship at University College London, the United Kingdom. He has volunteered to play the role of a peer mentor to help students get familiar with the College of Engineering and has recommended strategies to address students’ concerns. Being passionate about piano, he has attained Royal School of Music Examination Level 3 in Piano. Sri. Abhijith is keen on working with energy related businesses, and is currently fecilitating to find efficient and affordable green energy sources.
